1.1      That the report and recommendations of Cabinet be approved, and that the extract of the Draft Minutes from the Cabinet meeting held on 11 December 2025 be noted.

2. Recommendations:

2.1 Council agrees to adopt Our City Transport Plan 2035 (Appendix 1) as the city’s over-arching transport policy.
